How Does The Fixed Pricing Work?

 to get a free quote, we will make an offer of an all-inclusive price based on your appliance fault, your make & model, which will typically be between £89 - £139 for most common faults eg: No Heat, Tripping or Cutting your Power/Electric, Not hot enough, Over-heating or even if your oven is totally dead!

What Happens If You Can't Fix My Oven?

If We are unable to repair your Oven or Cooker for the pre-agreed price quoted, for whatever the reason, parts not available, parts too expensive. We, Will, Walk Away With No Charge To You! Nada, Zero Dinero (No Call-Out, No Diagnosis & No Repair). If the problem quoted for is different, then you can get a revised fixed price from an engineer, if you decide not to take advantage of the revised price, you have NO obligation to proceed!

How Long Will It Take to Fix My Oven?

We pride ourselves on repairing 95% of customer's ovens on the first visit within 2 days, but sometimes because of spares availability, it could take up to an additional 7 days. (if you're unhappy with the extra time we fully understand and we will cancel the repair with no charge to you!)

How does the Appointment Work?

It can be difficult arranging appointments when the majority of our clients work full time, for your convenience we work from Mon-Fri 7am - 7pm  and Sat 9am - 1pm,  typically we offer AM 7-1 & PM 1-7  with 30 min call before we turn up, but we can avoid School times & offer 1st & Last Call in some instances depending on your location & our Job schedule, try us, see if we can fit in with your plans!

How Do I Pay For My Repair?

When The Repair is complete you will be offered an option of Card Payment or Cash & In some instances Pre-payment by Bacs (Bank Transfer) & Paypal can be accepted.

How long is my oven repair guaranteed?

Your Repair Will Be Guaranteed for both Parts and Labour for a total of 6 months, so no charge if the supplied part fails. We also offer an additional 3 years on parts only providing you pay the standard labour charge at the time!

What do I do if the part fails within the guarantee period!

If your Appliance fails within the guarantee period just give a call to any number you have including the one on this site and we'll be happy to come out, evaluate the problem and rectify Free of charge within the 6 month period!

Our engineers are fully trained & have a minimum experience of 7 years & over 10,000 repairs which means you get faster more accurate repairs fixed 1st time, less disruption to you and your family life!

If I Need A New Oven, Can You Supply & Install?

Yes, we can help but we suggest you check out the following few companies because we would add a 10% service charge to their prices, so more cost-effective for you to go direct. But sometimes you just need the service, so if you have one of those problems where you can't wait around for the delivery, we can wait for you and deliver & install at a more convenient time!

Manufacturer Guarantees & Costings?

Manufacturers like Hotpoint & Electrolux offer some really good deals on expensive repairs!

Hotpoint offer to repair any problem for £120 inclusive Parts & Labour.

Electrolux charge £140 inclusive parts and labour

Bosch offers £99 plus parts.
